New version 2.3.1 of IE plug-in solves problem of PMID not loading. PubMed changes to its URL caused it.

In Brief

CBioC (Beta) allows extraction and collaboration for data curation.

After install, loads when you visit PubMed.

Gets interactions from PubMed abstracts.

Allows you to vote and modify extracted data.

Also shows data from BIND, DIP, MINT, GRID, IntAct.

Collaborations

CBioC is still in development. Its core philosophy to curation is collaboration, and this carries over to the system itself.

We welcome feedback to improve CBioC and are open to collaboration with respect to further analysis of CBioC data, developing extraction systems for other kinds of facts or adapting CBioC to different annotation efforts.
